Connecting Nature to Your Senses in a lush Garden Setting on Singapore's Sentosa Island.

On a compact parcel adjacent to Sentosa's Beaufort Hotel, the Spa Botanica was designed to "Connect Nature to Your Senses" - the Spa's marketing description - by using plant-based products in a spa facility. The grounds for this facility include six private massage pavilions - each with its own private, walled garden; a teahouse overlooking a pond; an outdoor 'mud pool' set in its own grotto,  a grassy labyrinth and a two-part float pool.

Plants with medicinal properties were also used in the garden areas. Working closely with the operator's team, the site plan was optimized to maximize available landscape space and to incorporate plants used in massage and aromatic treatments into the landscape. The botanical theme carries through not only the treatments and products of the spa but botanical themes were also used in the decoration and artwork of the spa areas,
