Contemporary Beachside Landscape.

Originally comprising seven two-story guest wings - each with its own tropical courtyard - the landscape of the Sheraton Fiji was designed to create a relaxed, beachside character on a substantially reclaimed site.

A restrained plant palette of coconut palms, golden cane palms, pink gingers and aluminum plant was chosen to compliment the building’s coral-colored exteriors. Substantial areas of open turf were installed to achieve economies required by the developer.

As Managing Director of Belt Collins Australia, the design was initiated and supervised by Mr Nicolay.
