Golf-front Residential in Suburban Sydney

Catering to Sydney's growing population, Lend Lease's   Glen Alpine development on Sydney's southern fringes created a community of single family homes around an existing golf course.  Campbelltown is an historic rural homestead community originally well beyond the city's metropolitan limits which have continuously expanded.

Utilizing a palette of predominantly native eucalyptus trees and an understory palette of ornamental trees and shrubs preferred by homeowners, the project's rural character was retained amidst encroaching suburbia.
